The AreitoTaino Summer Youth Playwriting Program Application

Please read the application carefully, complete it, and have it signed by the designated appropriate person. Applicants are not required to have any prior experience in theatre or creative writing courses. No theatre experience is necessary to participate in this, but enthusiasm and commitment to the program are essential. Applicants will be selected through an interview process.

Please bring with you your creative spirit, your openness to share with your fellow peers and a curiosity to explore the world through the power of storytelling.

Before You Begin: Age Eligibility

If you are between 14 and 17 years old, you will need to complete two forms: the Parent/Legal Guardian Consent Form (please ask a parent or legal guardian to complete it; if preferred, you may download it here) and the Summer Youth Playwriting Program Application.

If you are 18 or older, you only need to fill out The AreitoTaino Young Playwrights Summer Application form (Shown below) — no parental signature required.
